EXHIBIT C PSMFC CONTRACT NO. TBD TASK ORDER NO. 06-03
Pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in PSMFC Contract No. TBD between Synergetics
(Contractor) and Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC), the parties agree to the following:
DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES:
1. PTAGIS Activity-Location-RiverSegment (ALRS) Schema
a. Continue iterative design and prototyping of ALRS data, process, and transaction models;
b. Extend ALRS model to incorporate enhanced Site Configuration Schema;
c. Present ALRS design documentation in working sessions.
d. Assess the impact of ALRS table implementation on automated processes;
e. Conduct “OJT” work sessions to facilitate clean-up of legacy data imported to ALRS
f. Develop and implement plan for migrating processes from current,
diverse data stores to ALRS database tables
START DATE: On or about March 1, 2006 WORK LOCATION: Synergetics Offices TERM OF TASK ORDER: The term of this Task Order No. 06-03 will commence on or about the Start Date indicated above and will continue for a period of _25__ weeks. This Task Order may be extended beyond this term at the request of PSFMC and acceptance by Contractor.
