EXHIBIT D PSMFC CONTRACT NO. TBD TASK ORDER NO. 06-08
Pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in PSMFC Contract No. TBD between Synergetics (Contractor) and Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC), the parties agree to the following:
DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES:
To the extent possible within the allotted hours,
1. Develop a comprehensive logical data model representing
a. organizations, research projects, and their relationships with PTAGIS
b. people and their roles within these organizations and projects
c. PTAGIS data-sets and their custodial owners
2. Incorporate an ability to track the relationships between people, organizations,
projects, and data-sets through time, as people move between organizations and roles are re-assigned
3. Implement the logical model as database tables that can participate in relational joins
with the existing “field data” and “interrogation data” sub-schemas
4. Populate the new tables with information contained in existing disparate repositories
5. Design and implement a web-interface for maintaining data in the new tables
6. Register relational views on the new tables with the PTAGIS Web Query Builder to enable
a. Retrieval of interrogation and tagging data filtered by “project” independently
of changes in project personnel over the life of a data set
b. Retrieval of historical information on, for example, changes in custodial ownership
of a data-set through time.
START DATE: On or about June 1, 2006
WORK LOCATION: Synergetics Offices
TERM OF TASK ORDER: The term of this Task Order No. 06-04 will commence on or about the Start Date indicated above and will continue for a period of _8_ weeks. This Task Order may be extended beyond this term at the request of PSFMC and acceptance by Contractor.
