Objective
Complete the project to develop the APTTS by Dec. 1, 2006. This includes, but is not limited to a test batch of a large quantity of tags (20K?). Develop written protocol for tag calibration, calibration tag archiving, and formulate additional requirements that can provide APTTS parameters to PTAGIS users on the internet.

Issues
