P3WebInstall problem

There was a problem with P3WebInstall.exe. Dave tried to update P3 using the update and it failed giving him a 404 'file not found' error. Our ftp server had been moved to bay sometime in May; although the directory structure was preserved, web install used HTTP protocol to access ftp files, which did not work on bay, and the files could not be accessed. Attempts to switch to the FTP protocol in the installation program did not work, probably due to the 'passive mode' FTP issue. The problem was resolved by moving installation files to the HTTP server while preserving directory structure.
