Can't add user to Registered Users group
Sometimes, whether through improper account creation or later account
corruption, a user is not in the Registered Users LDAP group. You
should be able to change this with the Manage Accounts tool in the
PTAGIS webapp, but when you add the person to the group, the process
fails silently.
The workaround is to use an LDAP editor to add the user to the
Registered Users group.
