| PTAGIS Web tools unavailable, Per Todd VPN tunnel was down. Had to be reset three times within 15 minutes. Todd and We to look at some "Keep Alive" settings. Another suggestion is to purchase a new Sonicwall Firewall for this office so that the VPN tunnel appliances match on each end.
