The following are the step I took to get the HMI displays for BCC into wiki in the same formats.

1. From RSView open the display you want to put into wiki.
2. From File select Print and then select Adobe Distiller as the printer and save the file the same as you intend to call it in wiki.
3. Once in pdf format from the adobe viewer click on the Snapshot Tool which looks like a camera.
4. Drag across the image until you have select all that you want to be in the picture.
   • Acknowledge that the image has be put to the clip board by selecting ok.
5. Open Microsoft Picture It.
6. Open a blank page.
7. Right click and select Paste.
8. The image will be bigger than the page. Zoom out and resize the image to fit on the page
9. Once the image fits on the page select Save As.. from the File menu.
10. From the Save As.. page
    • Save as type: .jpg
    • File name: (same as what you are using in wiki
    • Click on the Options button.
11. From the Options page select Custom size from the pull down below the heading Image dimensions:
12. Enter in 450 for the width and the height will automatically adjust to 300.
13. Make sure the Maintain aspect ratio check box is checked.
14. Click OK.
15. Click on Save.
16. Close the file or close Microsoft Picture it all together.
17. You are now ready to upload the file to wiki.

WITH ADOBE 8.0

1. Open pdf in adobe
2. Export as JPEG
3. Click on Settings
4. Change Grayscale JPEG Quality to High
5. Change Conversion Resolution to 96 pixels/inch
6. Click on Save
7. Open Microsoft Picture it.
8. Open export JPEG
9. Click Save As
10. Select Options
11. Set Image Dimensions to 776x600
