PRA - Priest Rapids Dam Adult Fishways
In operation since 2003, this site has three distinct PIT tag detector locations. It consists of four weir orifice antennas installed in each of the adult fishways and three circular pass-through antennas in the sample flume of the Off-Ladder Adult Fish Trap (OLAFT). The antenna groups in the fish ladders interrogate PIT-tagged fish that pass through the weir orifices. Installed in 2007, the OLAFT antenna group interrogates PIT-tagged fish that pass through the sample flume to the fish sorting and sampling area. See the current site diagram and the site configuration history for antenna group details.
