How to clear the filters on a query

It is possible to reset filter settings now, but it is not at all obvious how to do it. We hope to make it much easier in the future, but for now, here is how you can reset a filter:

If the filter is a list box:

• Scroll through the list to find every selected item
• For each selected item, hold down CTRL while you left-click on the item

If the filter is a date or other free-form text:

• Delete the filter by highlighting it and pressing Backspace or Delete

Updating the My Queries Page

Failing to get a proper screen refresh on My Queries after creating a query can be corrected by clicking on "My Queries" in the left margin, as if you were going to the My Queries page for the first time. This will make that page refresh itself. If you are watching a query, expecting it to complete soon, you can click the My Queries link to cause that page to refresh and let you know if the report has finished yet.
