SOP Site Activation

When a site is activated to begin a season or to restart after a shutdown:

  1. Reset DGE if required
  2. Restart TASS monitoring if it's turned off
  3. Register any new timer tags
  4. Verify the CEA report

Ideally these items could be viewed and controlled through a remote web interface.
