Site History
- In April 1996 a subsample was taken by one 400kHz antenna (transceiver ID 0D) in PH2.
- In February 1997 four 400kHz antennas (transceiver IDs 02, 04, 06 and 08) were used as "Main" in PH2.
- In March 1999 the four "Main" coils were moved to their present site at the SMF (Smolt Monitoring Facility).
- In December 1999 the SMF was brought online with with a 3-way rotating SbyC gate and a 2-way rotating sample gate. Also at this time, the 400kHz transceivers were replaced with ISO transceivers. Monitors created at this point were:
- SbyC Separator Gate (transceiver IDs A1, A2, A3 and A4)
- River Exit (transceiver IDs 81 82)
- SbyC East Tank (transceiver IDs E1 and E2)
- SbyC West Tank (transceiver IDs F1 and F2)
- Sample/Sbyc Exit (transceiver IDs 91, 92 and 93).
- In March 2001 the Sample Room monitor was added (transceiver IDs 51 and 52).
- In March of 2006 the Full Flow monitor was added upstream of the bypass gate (transceiver IDs 01, 02, 03 and 04).
