Driving Directions

  • From Tri-Cities
    • Take I-82 west - go 86 miles (past Yakima and Selah)
    • Take WA-821/Canyon Rd. (exit 26) north - go 6.5 miles
    • Turn left into Roza Dam access road
    • Arrive at RZF


  • From Ellensburg
    • Take WA-821/Canyon Rd. (exit 109 off of I-90) south - go 22 miles
    • Turn right into Roza Dam access road
    • Arrive at RZF

Historical Configurations


9/7/2007 - Three FS1001A transceivers and three antennas are deployed in the ladder. The ladder is watered up. Buffered data is being downloaded and submitted manually to PTAGIS, as the PIT Tag room is not yet operational.

10/24/2007 - The computer platform is now collecting and reporting detection data.

12/5/2007 - An isolation transformer is installed to ensure consistent power to the transceivers.
